Summary:
This position is responsible the review of all consumer loan documentation and tracking of any documentation exceptions, set-up loans to the Core system, some knowledge of regulatory compliance, quote payoffs, handle the renewal of UCC, and termination of vehicle titles.

Job Requirements:

  • Up to two years’ experience in a loan servicing environment.
  • Set-up all consumer loans to the Core system and verify documentation for accuracy and track any exceptions.
  • Ability to multi-task, flexibility, and a team player.
  • Possess strong computer and communication skills such as Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize job functions.

Specific Job Functions:

  • Set up new Consumer and Retail loans to Core System and complete a quality control review of the file.
  • Process Saturday loan payments.
  • Quote loan payoffs and calculate adequate discharge, UCCs, and fees.
  • Assist with the sales, remittance, and reporting of secondary market loans with some understanding of the secondary market requirements.
  • Review and mail commercial and consumer bills.
  • Process mortgage discharges, paid notes and terminate UCCs with Secretary of States.
  • Understand, support, adhere to bank’s policies and procedures for both state and federal regulations.
  • Willingness to take on additional duties when required.
