Partners Bank Awards $22,000 in High School Scholarships

SANFORD, Maine—As the 2019-20 high school year comes to a close, Partners Bank is pleased to announce $22,000 in scholarships to be issued to 20 deserving high school seniors across seven high schools who are moving on to post-secondary education.
Recipients of the scholarships were chosen by their school’s respective administrators based on academic performance as well as financial need. These High Schools include Sanford, Sanford Regional Technical Center, Bonny Eagle, Massabesic, Wells, Noble, York and Portsmouth.
Partners Bank applauds the hard work and commitment put forth by all high school seniors, especially with the unprecedented course education was forced to take during the COVID-19 impact.
“We look forward to presenting these scholarships every year,” Bank President and CEO, Blaine Boudreau said. “And I want to say how proud I am of the students for not only completing their high school career, but doing so in a manner that no one expected to have to take. We’re pleased to help play a role in furthering their education and we wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors.”
