Partners Bank Will Weather This Storm
Partners Bank is well capitalized and in good financial shape to ride out the economic situation that stemmed from the COVID-19 pandemic. During social distancing measures, you still have access to the bank via drive-up, debit cards, and online and mobile banking. Your deposits remain insured by the FDIC and although the way you access the bank has changed for now, you should continue to do your banking as your normally would.
All of us at Partners Bank remain steadfast in our resolve to help everyone get through this together.
Update: March 17th
Due to the fast-moving nature of the COVID-19 outbreak and the need to continually protect the health and well-being of our customers, our employees, and the greater communities we serve, Partners Bank has decided to move to drive-through only banking, closing access to all branch lobbies. This will become effective end-of-day today, March 17, 2020.
We ask that you remain patient with our staff as we make this transition. Banking needs that cannot be conducted through the drive-up window, such as safe deposit box access, retail and commercial lending needs, new account opening, etc., will be accommodated via an appointment system. To make an appointment at any of our offices, please contact us at 207-324-2285 or 1-888-226-5747. Our hours of operation will remain the same at this time.
You may also make deposits using mobile check deposit or in the night deposit at any of our branches at any time. We will process mobile check and night drop deposits regularly throughout the day. If you need access to cash, our ATMs are available 24/7. Rest assured; the ATM keypads are disinfected regularly.
We appreciate your patience with this change to how we deliver service, but these extraordinary times call for us to take these measures. We are fully committed to continuing to meet the financial needs of our customers during this time, and we encourage our customers to utilize our online and mobile banking channels to conduct their banking needs wherever possible. If you aren’t enrolled in Online Banking, now is the perfect time to get started. Just follow the prompts to enroll. As always, please contact us if you have any questions.
We will all get through this together.
