Partners Bank to Move Branch Services to Appointment Only and Expanded Drive-Up Banking

As the nation continues to battle the COVID-19 pandemic, with cases on the rise in Maine and New Hampshire, Partners Bank remains committed to the health and safety of both our customers and employees. Beginning Monday, November 23, all Partners Bank branches will take the precautionary step of offering expanded services at our drive-up windows and appointment-only service in our lobbies.

We want to play our part in helping minimize the risk of exposure, while still providing the customer service you deserve for your banking needs. If you need to make an appointment at any of our branches for services that cannot be conducted at our drive-up windows, whether it be for safe deposit box access, all lending needs, new account opening, etc., please contact your nearest branch to do so.

Our online and mobile banking features are available 24/7, including access to mobile check deposit, bill pay, transfer of funds, and more. If you are not already registered for online banking, you can do so by visiting our website. In addition, our mobile app is available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please keep in mind, you must be registered for Partners Bank online banking before proceeding with the mobile app. As always, our ATMs and night deposit boxes are available 24/7. We continue to regularly follow our regimen of disinfecting all touch points throughout the bank.

Furthermore, if you are in need of opening a new deposit account, we encourage you to do so online and our staff members will follow-up with you to ensure you are set up and ready to go.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all continue to try and find the proper path for a healthier future. We will always be committed to meeting your financial needs. For any additional updates, please be sure to visit our website or our Facebook page for the most up-to-date information.

Brighter days are ahead, and I believe working together will get us there.

My sincerest regards,

Blaine A. Boudreau
