As I step into the role of President and CEO of Partners Bank, I want to begin with a simple message: thank you.

For the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as Chief Operating Officer. In that role, I focused on the day-to-day mechanics that help a community bank run smoothly. Over time, I’ve come to learn that our most important assets are the people. That’s why I believe deeply in thoughtful, transparent leadership and in building trust through consistent action. That’s the kind of leadership I intend to bring to this role.
