August 2025
We are gearing up for an exciting trip in August. That’s right — it’s time for our Canadian Rockies and Alaska Cruise! We’ll take a 9-day tour through Western Canada and spend 7 nights on a cruise in Alaska. I’m excited to go on this long vacation with my Golden Rewards friends. I’ll be taking a lot of photos to share on social media, so don’t forget to bring your smile!
Since our last Golden Rewards newsletter, we’ve added a new trip: Olivia Newton-John Tribute. On October 23rd, we’ll be heading to Danversport Yacht Club to watch Always Olivia, the premiere national touring tribute show honoring the life and legacy of Olivia Newton-John. Olivia was such an iconic artist in the ’70s and ’80s. Talk about a blast from the blast!

- September 11 – 19 – Discover the Azores — The Azores are consistently ranked as one of the best, most sustainable, and most affordable island travel destinations in Europe. Built by George Vanderbilt, the 8,000-acre estate is in the Blue Bridge Mountains and will definitely wow you. The trip includes other Asheville sights such as a cruise on Lake Lure. Lodging, breakfasts, and dinners are included.
- October 23 – Olivia Newton-John Tribute – Always Olivia, the premiere national touring tribute show honoring the life and legacy of Olivia Newton-John, is coming to Danversport Yacht Club. Watch Annie Aiello capture the essence and sounds of Olivia’s timeless music with her hits in the ‘70s to today.
- October 28 – Hart’s Turkey Dinner – Hart’s Turkey Dinner has become a yearly tradition for us at Golden Rewards. Join us on the Turkey Train ride, where we’ll enjoy a complete turkey dinner catered by Hart’s Turkey Farm. This is a roundtrip lunch train that gives glimpses of New Hampshire’s Lake Winnipesaukee.

- November 28-December 1 – Newport Holiday Getaway – Join us for a weekend getaway to Newport, Rhode Island. Other fun activities are a dinner show to “A Twisted Christmas Carol” and shopping. Hotel and transportation included.

- March 26 – 30 – Cherry Blossom Trees of Washington, D.C. – Spend the beginning of spring 2026 with us in Washington, D.C. We will tour around Embassy Row, Washington National Cathedral, the White House, memorials of important political figures in U.S. history, the popular cherry blossom trees along the Tidal Basin, and so much more! Lodging and breakfasts are included.
- April 26 – May 2 – Entertainment at Myrtle Beach – Join us for a weeklong trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to experience world-class entertainment. We’ll go to Carolina Opry, Alabama Theatre, & Legends in Concert. You can also expect a backstage tour of Alabama Theatre, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, and a visit to Charleston’s Harbor Cruise and Historic Market.
- August 5 – 16 – Paris and Normandy Cruise – We’re heading to the City of Lights and the historic Normandy Beaches in 2026! We’ll spend 3 nights in Paris then embark on a cruise with shore excursions in La Roche-Guyon, Rouen, Normandy Beaches, and Les Andelys.
- September 17 – 28 – Boston, New England & Canada Cruise – Hop aboard Celebrity’s Silhouette and cruise the charming towns of New England and Canada. Rockland, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Charlottetown, Portland, and Boston are the stops on the itinerary. In between stops, you can expect to enjoy entertainment, all meals, and beverages on the ship.
