Rye, NH – Partners Bank is a presenting sponsor of Seacoast Science Center’s Music by the Sea, their annual summer concert series, and has donated $5,000. Funds from Music by the Sea will directly support Seacoast Science Center’s mission to spark curiosity, enhance understanding, and inspire the conservation of the ocean.

The Center is focused on education and conservation programs, which include Coastal Habitat Restoration, Marine Mammal Rescue, educational exhibits, and children’s camps.

Music by the Sea concerts will be on Thursday nights, from July 10th-31st. Tickets to the seaside concerts are on sale to the public beginning May 1st at 9 a.m. All concerts are from 6-8:30 p.m. Gates open at 5 p.m. All concerts will take place rain or shine. Their concert schedule is:

  • July 10 – RDMTION
  • July 17 – Jumbo Circus Peanuts – presented by Haley Ward Engineering
  • July 24 – Joshua Tree – presented by Partners Bank
  • July 31 – Entrain – presented by Partners Bank

RDMTION (Redemption) is a 6-piece Jamaican reggae band based in Hampton, NH. Their unique brand of entertainment fuses roots reggae with pop music, splashed with three-part harmonies that make you want to get up and dance.

Jumbo Circus Peanuts is a local 12-piece band, legendary for their party antics and get-you-up-on-the-dance-floor tunes.

Joshua Tree, the region’s premier U2 tribute band, is back by popular demand and has been filling the dance floor at Music by the Sea for the past decade.

Entrain, the eclectic Martha’s Vineyard-based six-piece band with a kaleidoscope of musical styles, has been thrilling audiences with their feel-good music since 1993.

Attendees can bring their own lawn chairs, blankets, and picnics. To honor their commitment to lessen the environmental impact, Music by the Sea’s goal is to be a Zero Waste event. That means although you can purchase food and drinks at the concerts, it is highly encouraged to bring your snacks in reusable containers and drinks in refillable bottles.

Those who are interested are encouraged to visit the Music by the Sea website for more information.

Partners Bank has been supporting the Seacoast Science Center in Rye, NH, since we opened a branch in tow in 2019. We also donated $7,500 to Seacoast Science Center’s Isles of Shoals Excursion in September.

Although caring for the ocean is everybody’s responsibility, the Bank feels a stronger sense of responsibility because of their service to the communities in Southern Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire. The donation to Seacoast Science Center is an impactful way to support the efforts of people who dedicate their lives to ocean and marine conservation.
