Partners Bank Helps Local Youths Experiencing Homelessness, Contributing $1,000 to Ryan Home Project

Chelsea Smith, Commercial Loan Assistant at Partners Bank, presents the $1,000 check to Susan Austin, Executive Director of The Ryan Home Project, at the organization’s home in North Berwick.

North Berwick, ME – Partners Bank is proud to announce its September Employee Donation of the Month recipient, Chelsea Smith, Commercial Loan Assistant. As part of this employee giving program, Smith was selected to designate a local nonprofit to receive a $1,000 donation from the bank. She chose the Ryan Home Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting homeless teenagers in York County.

“I chose this nonprofit because of the critical work they do in supporting homeless teenagers within our community,” said Smith. “The Ryan Home Project provides housing, care, guidance, and resources that allow youth to move forward with dignity and hope. Every child deserves a safe place to live, stability, and the opportunity to build a brighter future. I believe in the importance of giving children a safe foundation today, so they have the chance to thrive tomorrow.”

The Ryan Home Project helps local youth experiencing homelessness by offering shelter, mentorship, and essential resources, ensuring they have both immediate support and long-term opportunities. With the bank’s contribution, the organization will continue providing stability and hope to young people who need it most.

Partners Bank’s Employee Donation of the Month program reflects the bank’s commitment to community involvement by empowering employees to champion causes close to their hearts.

“Chelsea’s choice of the Ryan Home Project highlights the compassion and dedication our employees have for the communities we serve,” said Anthony Cataldi, President of Partners Bank. “We are honored to support the work being done to ensure local youth have a safe and supportive place to call home.”
