Partners Bank Helps Support Windham, Maine’s Newest 55+ Lakefront Community

Sanford, ME – A new lakefront community exclusively for folks aged 55 and up is coming to Windham in Southern Maine. Construction for The Cove, which offers 60 townhouse-style condos, broke ground on March 14. Phase 1 of The Cove has officially started and has the support of Partners Bank, of which Bryanna Goulet is the preferred residential lender. The ceremony was to celebrate the progress of this project, and present were those who contributed to this 50+ acre development.
Sitting on the shores of Highland Lake, The Cove will feature nature trails, a maintained dock, over 500 feet of private community frontage, and recreation activities at the community clubhouse.
