Online & Mobile Banking During Our Partners Bank Technology Upgrade

Online Banking is back up and running

First Time Logging in after the Technology Upgrade is complete.

  • Use your existing Username in the Online Banking or Mobile Banking Login field.
  • Your temporary password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number.
  • You will immediately be prompted to change your password.
  • Your login will be verified with additional authentication that you can choose, such as a text to the phone number on our system, a phone call, or an authenticator application.
  • Our new Online Banking system has updated security settings which may affect the accounts that are visible on your first login. If your list of accounts differs from what you have seen in the past, please click here to email us or call us at 1-888-226-5747.

When you log into Bill Pay for the first time after conversion weekend

  • Ensure the correct accounts are tied to each Payee
  • Verify your Payee information
  • eBills – If you use this service, your eBills must be re-enrolled

Important Note – With our new Bill Pay service, funds will be deducted from your account as soon as the payment is processed.

Attention: Quickbooks, Quicken and Mint Users

As part of our Technology Upgrade, you will be required to make changes to your QuickBooks, Quicken or Mint software. Conversion instructions are available below.

Zelle Now Available!

Zelle Users – After conversion weekend, you must re-enroll in Zelle.

  1. Login to the new Partners Bank App.
  2. Select Send money with Zelle®.
  3. Enroll your U.S. mobile number or email address.
  4. Send money to friends, family, and other members you trust.
