Business Banking

First Time Logging in After the Technology Upgrade:

  • Use your existing Username in the Online Banking or Mobile Banking Login field.
  • Your temporary password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number.
  • You will immediately be prompted to change your password.
  • Your login will be verified with additional authentication that you can choose, such as a text to the phone number on our system, a phone call, or an authenticator application.
  • Our new Online Banking system has updated security settings which may affect the accounts that are visible on your first login. If your list of accounts differs from what you have seen in the past, please click here to email us or call us at 1-888-226-5747.
  • In some instances, your Online Banking account may have accessed accounts for multiple businesses which may have been separated into individual Online Banking accounts for each business. If that is the case, your existing Username will be used to create additional log in credentials by adding a number, 1, 2, 3, etc., to the end of your Username.  The initial password for those Usernames will also be the last 4 digits of your social security number.
  • Review user access for all employees and each account.
  • Permissions and access to specific accounts is managed in the “Manage Users” link under “Administration”.
  • There are new options for verification and tokens will no longer be used for Wire and ACH processing. Authentication options are:
    • Text/call to phone number on file.
    • Choice of authentication apps.
    • Administrators can limit the options for authentication allowed by the company. Please call Customer Care 1-888-226-5747 to update your company settings.
  • We recommend submitting your first ACH payroll batches a few days early so that we can respond to any questions and your payroll can process on time.

  • Existing scanners will work but new software must be downloaded. You will be prompted for this update when you create your first deposit on the new system.
  • Please closely follow the instructions when you are asked to disconnect your scanner from the computer. This is a critical step while software installs.
