Statements/eStatements During Our Partners Bank Technology Upgrade
- Prior to the Technology Upgrade weekend, all customers received a printed statement from the end of your last statement through September 5th .
- Going forward, all statement cycles will end on the last day of the month.
- If you signed up for electronic statements (eStatements) previously, you will continue to receive your statements electronically and will only receive one paper statement for transactions through September 5th . The first statement you will see in Online Banking will be from September 6th through September 30th.
- Statements prior to the upgrade will be available in the coming months.
