To enter, follow @partnersbankonline on Instagram, or “Like” Partners Bank on Facebook, like the Sweepstakes post, and comment on the post by 11:59 PM EST on September 30th, 2023. One (1) winner will be randomly selected to win a $300.00 gift card to The Boathouse Restaurant. and the winner will be announced on Instagram and Facebook on October 7, 2023. Be sure to like the Partners Bank Instagram and Facebook page for the announcement of the winner!

The Partners Bank Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Partners Bank. The Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Partners Bank and its employees and agents, are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Any questions or comments regarding the Sweepstakes will be directed to Partners Bank, not Instagram.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Maine and New Hampshire, where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who have internet access, and an Instagram or Facebook account prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period (as hereinafter defined). Partners Bank has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Eligible entrants will be chosen from those who follow @partnersbankonline on Instagram, or Facebook, liked the Sweepstakes post, and commented on the specific Sweepstakes post. Partners Bank employees, board members, and members of the immediate family of the aforementioned are not eligible to win, nor is anyone that resides in their household.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 PM EST on September 20, 2023, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on September 30, 2023, (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Partners Bank reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes Period at its sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

You can enter the Sweepstakes by following @partnersbankonline on Instagram or Liking the Partners Bank Facebook page, liking the Sweepstakes post, and commenting on the Sweepstakes post. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on September 30, 2023. You can find the Sweepstakes post on the newsfeed of Partners Bank’s Instagram Page or on the Timeline of the Partners Bank Facebook Page.

WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be chosen after giveaway closes at 11:59 PM EST on September 30, 2023. All eligible entrants that have followed @partnersbankonline on Instagram, or Liked the Partners Bank Facebook Page, liked the Sweepstakes post, commented on the specified Sweepstakes post during the “Sweepstakes Period” will be gathered into a database at the end of the “Sweepstakes Period.”

Winners will be chosen by Partners Bank randomly from the database. The announcement of the winner will be published on Instagram and Facebook on October 7, 2023. Notice of winning a prize and instructions for claiming the prize will be sent to the winner via Instagram or Facebook Messenger. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Partners Bank within seven (7) days, using the contact method stated, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner shall forfeit the prize. Prizes must be picked up by the winner from any Partners Bank financial center within seven (7) days of notification.

PRIZES

Partners Bank will give away one $300.00 gift card to The Boathouse Restaurant.

Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of an awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

There is one (1) individual prize for the Partners Bank “$300.00 to The Boathouse Restaurant” Sweepstakes. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted. Partners Bank and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Partners Bank. Partners Bank reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Partners Bank determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, or other tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Partners Bank’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event that any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Partners Bank reserves the right to void any suspect entries at issue. Partners Bank and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
