Mark Your Calendars for September 6-8, 2024
Partners Bank is gearing up for some important technology updates. Please mark your calendars with the following dates when we will be closed and services may be affected during this essential upgrade.
Services that WILL BE OFFLINE during Technology Upgrade Weekend:
- Thursday, September 5th:
- All Partners Bank Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) WILL BE OFFLINE starting at 4:30 PM on Thursday, September 5th. To make deposits during this time, we strongly encourage you to use our Night Deposit service.
- ATMs will be upgraded and brought back online as soon as our technology partners have completed the upgrade which is expected to be no later than Tuesday, September 17th.
- Mobile and Online Banking WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE as of 6:00 pm on Thursday, September 5th. We will be online again the morning of Monday, September 9th.
- All Partners Bank Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) WILL BE OFFLINE starting at 4:30 PM on Thursday, September 5th. To make deposits during this time, we strongly encourage you to use our Night Deposit service.
- Saturday, September 7th:
- BRANCHES CLOSED – All Partners Bank branch locations will be closed on Saturday, September 7th.
- Our Customer Care Center will be available via phone at 1-888-226-5747 for extended hours that Saturday, from 8:15am to 5:00pm.

Partners Bank is gearing up for some important technology updates to enhance our services and ensure your safety and security. Please mark your calendars for the following dates when we will be closed and services will be offline for these essential updates. For more information on our products and services, please see below.
Friday, September 6 – Sunday, September 8
During this period, several services WILL BE OFFLINE including:
- All Partners Bank Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) WILL BE OFFLINE starting at 6:00 PM on Thursday, September 5th. To make deposits during this time, we strongly encourage you to use our Night Deposit service.
- ATMs will be upgraded and brought back online as soon as our technology partners have completed the upgrade which is expected to be no later than Tuesday, September 17th.
Saturday, September 7
- Branches Closed – All Partners Bank branch locations will be closed on this day.
- Our Customer Care Center will be available via telephone for extended hours that Saturday, from 8:15am to 5:00pm.
Partners Bank Customer Care Center is ready to answer any questions you may have. Give us a call or stop by a local branch during normal business hours to learn more. As noted, our branches will be closed on Saturday, September 7; however, our Customer Care Center will be available that Saturday from 8:15am to 5:00pm. Partners Bank is updating our technology to enhance our services and product offerings and ultimately provide a better overall banking experience for our customers. These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to serving you better as The Bank That Listens. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this upgrade weekend and appreciate your understanding.
Plan Ahead
- Plan any deposits, withdrawals, automated payments or banking needs in advance of the upgrade weekend so our team can assist you.
- Statements/eStatements – Print or download your most recent statement before the upgrade.
- Partners Bank ATMs will be offline that weekend; however our Night Depository will be available for deposits and your Debit Cards and ATM Cards will continue to work for withdrawals or purchases.
- Account Information – Make sure we have your current phone number and email address on file. (Online Banking users must have a current phone number on file in order to complete our new security protocols when logging in.)
Services That Will Continue To Work During This Period
- Debit Cards and ATM Cards WILL CONTINUE to work during the technology upgrade.
- All cards and PINs will stay the same.
- Telephone Banking WILL BE AVAILABLE during the technology upgrade.
- Your balance and account activity will be as of September 5th and will not reflect transactions between September 6th-September 8th.
- On Monday, September 9th, we will be online with a new Telephone Banking system.
- The Night Deposit Box WILL BE AVAILABLE through technology upgrade weekend. Transactions will be posted when the Bank re-opens on Monday, September 9th.
After The Partners Bank Technology Upgrade Weekend
Account Numbers
All Account Numbers will remain the same.
Your Statements
The look of our deposit and loan statements and notices will change. However, they will still contain the same information.
Going forward checking, savings and money market accounts will receive a statement at the end of every month. You will receive multiple statements for 2024: one as of September 5th and one as of September 30th. This is a function of the technology upgrade and will not affect your account balances.
eStatement customers will receive a printed statement for account activity as of September 5th because online banking will be unavailable.
Fee Schedule
As part of the technology upgrade, we reviewed and updated our fee schedule. Changes will take affect on Friday, September 6.
